Want to lose weight and get fitter? It doesn’t happen just by thinking about it. You need to make it happen!
Kick-start your fitness in 2016 and take part in this intensive & fun bootcamp day. Taking place at Rothienorman Village Hall (and outdoors weather dependant), on Sunday 31st January 10am – 4pm.
You will take part in a variety of training throughout the day including circuit training, team games, core training and boxing to name a few. The days is open to both men and women of all ages and fitness abilities. You will be able to join in on all activities whatever your fitness level.
You will get:
5 hours of great training with qualified personal trainers
Lunch, fruit and drinks throughout the day
Weigh – in & body fat % scan (not compulsory!)
Time to chat through your fitness goals with a trainer
After care advice & guidance on your fitness goals
You will need to bring:
A towel (you are going to get sweaty!)
A water bottle – refreshments will be provided but it is always good to have a bottle to hand
Snacks – you will be provided with a filling lunch, plus fruit will be available all day, but anything else you will need to bring with you.
Yourself in some suitable sports kit and trainers, plus bring some warm gear for outdoors.
